Guests are always welcome when you're present, but allowing someone else to use your account without you there is a violation of our membership policy and may result in termination of the account. If someone in your household wants their own access, they're welcome to get their own membership or join you as a guest.
Yes. Support is on call 24/7. If you ever have a question, run into an issue with access, or need help with anything, someone is always available to assist — no matter what time you show up to play.
